head massage was a head scratch on one side of the head, using only one hand (Other hand checking phone perhaps??) and whole experience was 20 mins short. Massage was great on shoulders but didn't check pressure etc and missed middle/bottom on back entirely

Really bad experience here. Place and therapist unwelcoming. The girl left the room mid-treatment for extended periods of time which was never explained or commented upon and overall felt a bit uneasy.
Table is pushed against a wall, requiring you to awkwardly manouvre and swap ends of the bed during treatment which I've never experienced before. The day I went there were cobwebs on wall, stains on floor and ceiling and poor lighting. I went a couple years back and don't remember it being so gloomy so can only conclude standards have fallen in recent times.
