I specifically booked an express tan for an event that day and travelled for this service, however I wasn’t given an express tan. I have since asked Treatwell for a refund under their section of description of treatment not being accurate. However today I’ve been informed that they aren’t doing a refund because they haven’t been able to make contact with the salon. The description was wrong and I was mis-sold the service. I never would have booked it if it wasn’t labelled express. Awaiting refun

First ever spray tan, will not be the last! Professional service and made to feel at ease. Looked great and gave me a boost for a festival the next day. Will definitely be booking this again for any other events.
