Excellent customer service and experience. Clean venue. I had a gel manicure and pedicure. This is my first gel manicure. Doreen was attentive to my cuticles and they look great. Really pleased with my nails.

Equipment wasn't cleaned ...
Direct cuticle cutting.. no cuticle cream or anything!
Cut my cuticle and therefore left me bleeding!
Hardly no choice of colours!
And that's putting this experience nicely!
