Not happy with my visit. My appointment was delayed which I was understanding of but then nothing was ready, the therapist had to set up infront of me, place looked run down and dirty. I only got 2 coats and since I chose a light colour, you would need three coats to get a good colour, which I have had done in other places when choosing a light colour. The base coat seemed to be running out as well as the therapist seemed to be struggling to get anything out of the bottle. The lady was lovely but unfortunately the service wasn't.

Very thorough and keen on detail and very happy with the result. Only negative would be that there wasn’t a great selection of colours for Shellac.
