massage booked due to neck and shoulder pain, shahara focused on all my tension and painful areas, I don't normally have deep tissue massage due to my fybromalgia and RA but was assured by shahara I needed it, and believe me she was not wrong, I could feel my knots being released and my muscles being relaxed instantly. Shahara explained and gave valuable advice regarding my posture and exercises that would help me. Excellent job by shahara. Look forward to next session.
