Welcome to The Totally Precious. Catherine is a traditional Swedish and Sports Masseuse, based in Colchester & Sudbury & mobile to some clients. Her mission is to mainly help you to gain, and maintain and even increase your Optimum performance level what ever your chosen sport or hobby.

Catherine have a very Happy Healthy Holistic Out Look to Fitness, yet she specialise in Pole Fitness enthusiasts and Pole Dancers, of which i still teach a little, and Equestrians. Her passion is horses I am also an Equine masseuse trained by Mary Bromiley MBE. and she have also spent time at 2 of the leading race horse centres in the UK from 2004.

At times, Catherine hop between my passions and my work 'hats', she do however strive to be available to all, and still find time to focus on her clients, whether for Training, Nutrition or the Holistic Therapies (massage).

Your Bodies have a tough time when competing and striving for fitness can come easier, better, faster, for longer with maintenance massages as an integral part of your regime.

During or after an injury, accident or from a set back there can be huge pressure on us to be back on track as swiftly as possible, we hope to help with this.
