I have had 3 treatments with Kimani & each has been great. He is friendly & truly sees the full picture when it comes to skincare. He was able to advise what was best for my skin type & the problems I wanted to resolve. He is on hand to answer any questions post-treatment.
The only improvements I can suggest would be to explain each treatment in more detail, clearly saying what is happening & what products are being used & why. Another would be to change the flickering lightbulb!
