I asked for HOT wax and even spoke to the woman before I laid down that I wanted hot wax, she showed me a strip wax roller saying she would use that to tidy up, she went straight in with the strip wax burning my skin and continued to use it throughout, I said I wanted the hot wax again but the language barrier made it difficult. She tried to use hot wax but didn’t know how to use it as she put it on and tried to immediately pull it off! I’m left with unsightly and sore burns.

I tried it for the first time for waxing because I moved to the neighbourhood and this is definitely my chosen one! I will try next time my nails
