Helen was nice however she didn't give me the haircut i wanted. I even showed her a reference picture of what I wanted. And because of the language barrier (she couldn't speak English) I didn't really know what she was doing to my hair. But it looked alright so I didn't make a fuss. However, after washing and drying and straightening my hair as I usually do at home, I just realised how immensely uneven and raggedy my hair looks. There are chunky,uneven layers everywhere. I'm so upset.

Salon is a mess, smells bad and the stylists don’t really speak English so it was difficult to communicate. It’s a really bad value for money
