I loved meeting Val today. She was quick, efficient and did a really great job. I had a bit of a post lockdown forest but she took care of it so easily! She was super friendly too and made me feel at ease. Definitely someone I’ll go back to!

My stylist didn’t speak English and other people had to translate for her. They washed my hair with hot water from a kettle, which did not feel safe. They were boiling water from the kettle then combining with cold at the basin. The stylist burned my scalp with the blow dryer and I have painful skin at the back of my head. My haircut looks okay.
