Shampoo was washed out with cold water twice. My appointment took an hour longer than the booking - I was left sitting waiting there with wet hair. The salon is poorly set out and it wasn’t a relaxing pamper session you’d hope for

I actually had my hair dry cut by a lovely guy called Lohan. I wanted a simple sharp bob cut and just an inch off. He did just that and I love it! Such good value and great having a dry cut because I have wavy hair. Lohan was lovely natured and gentle with the scissors. Would definitely book him again! Amy
