I had a very hard time getting across what “oval nails” supposed to look like, and even after multiple corrections I still ended up with rounded squares. During the whole experience everyone in the salon been speaking in a different language between each other, even my manicurist, how do I know they didn’t talk about me? I didn’t feel welcome. After the treatment one of my fingers was bleeding and I noticed that the top coat didn’t cover the polish precisely. I’ll be looking for a new manicurist
