The place was nice and the beauty therapists were great, the products were nice too but I think the facial is over priced for what it is and I didn’t see any difference/ improvements at all in my skin and the facial massage was very short and there was no heating it was very cold and after she started the facial she realised the music wasn’t on so shouted a few times to get her colleagues attention to turn the music on
