I was very concerned about the infection control process in the salon. The clippers were rusty and apparently not being sterilised after every client. Worries about blood borne infection. The products used were cheap, no name. The chair was extremely uncomfortable. The room was not very clean. Will not go there again.

Nice lady would like to try her again to see what other treatments would be better. Pedicure nice on toes but did not pay attention to hard skin at all - had to do it myself and left some hairs with waxing - can’t fault Lucy as a person at all
