A well overdue review for Alisa as I have been getting regular massages for almost a year now!! Every massage has been fantastic, Alisa takes time before the massage to listen to you and feedback after the massage on tips to stay well. The massages are relaxing and I always walk away feeling better. These regular massages help me stay healthy and look after my back and posture. I went for massages before and everything happened in a rush. The experience at Touch Holistic is really different. Alisa takes the time to get to know you to give you best possible treatment and also explanning very helpful matters, exercises and assesing your progress. I had very low tolerance to pain in my back(because of tension) and she is getting to fix it. My back feels different now, she does wonders. I'm very pleasant with the treatment and how welcoming she is. The space is great too.
