Karen was very friendly and me feel totally at ease, her beauty room was very clean and comfortable. I am extremely happy with both treatments I had, especially the LVL lash lift which I have had previously with another beautician but I wasn't overly impressed with the result unlike when I had them done with Karen. I will definitely be using her again!
