Kathryn was friendly when I first arrived. She asked if I'd had the treatment before, and when I said no, she explained all about it. She told me about each step, and how it would feel. She showed me the blade, and asked if I had any worries or concerns. Throughout the treatment she told me what was happening so I was informed. We had a lovely chat and she really put me at ease. It was a really lovely encounter, and Kathryn was great. I would highly recommend anyone going for this treatment.
