The water was cold - hot water had stopped working. The full treatment took near enough 3hrs. My clothes were stained and the hairdressor knew but did not mention to me - he would have seen it - I realised when I got home. Finally when I questioned the colour tone used and the technique (I wanted a DIP-Dye ....he gave me highlights practically) I was advised that I am the kind of customer that would not be happy with whatever was done. The salon's other services (non hair) are great. The hairdressor is good at convincing you that he knows what his doing - not sure myself!

My husband Mark was very pleased with his recent hair cut at Rhoy Hair & Beauty. Rodrigo is a great guy and listened to Mark's requirements. Most importantly, I think the haircut looks great...so thank you! He will be back!
