Booked an appointment with Becky for 1pm on Saturday.
I live in St Helens so the journey took me 25 minutes.
When I arrived I was told " she said she was texting you today, she's not in". I then checked my phone incase I had missed something. I did not have a text. I checked my emails, I had not recieved an email.
I was then told " she doesn't work Saturdays anyway, so I don't know how you where able to book in"
Still no refund!!!

Very nice experience in this salon. Zoe was very nice and professional. The shop is new and lovely. Lots of colours choices. Definitely i m gonna rebook again
