Well it saddens me to have to leave a negative review. I have a burn after a hollywood wax. Messages exchanged and...asked for refund that should have been honoured anyway and I was told the therapist wouldnt be comfortable waxing ke again. Full hollywood done in 15 minutes...maybe rushing.
I'd want to know about a salon before I booked and would genuinely respect an honest review had to be done. Christmas Day ruined, in pain seeking medical advice tomorrow.
