Jacqueline was amazing and took a lot of time to release the tension in my neck, using different techniques until the pressure had moved. She was efficient and effective whilst being professional and wanting to do a good job. She had a clear understanding of massage and I would recommend.

I love the place: pretty, quiet, dim light. The staff is friendly. Ploi (my masseuse) was perfect for me: she did a great job! I am very tensed: she managed to release some tensions without me screaming with pain. I will definitely go back.

Just what I needed - a very relaxing but firm massage from Jacqueline. She made me feel very comfortable and talked me through exactly what she was doing, which helped calm any logistical anxieties! I was also offered a cup of tea and a moment to myself in the wellness room after my treatment. Such a good service for a very reasonable price :)
