Caitlin was exceptional from the moment I entered the room! She really helped with clearing my blackheads and my skin look amazing by the end. She gave me lots of useful information and has really helped me learn more about my skin.

I personally felt that the facials were not adept for non-caucasian, aged and matured skin. The treatments were not designed for people with sensitive skin with hyperpigmentation problems. I would think twice before going there again.
