Great treatment. I had a deep tissue massage to help with some pain I was getting around my shoulder blade. The whole process was explained from start to finish and I was given some preventative advice which will help for the future. I can genuinely say that I haven't felt this pain free for years now. There has always been a dull ache but that has gone and I'm following the advice I was given. I would definitely go back and would recommend to anyone with back aches.
