The welcome I received was amazing. Very polite, welcoming and even apologised for the party that was happening (even though I couldn't hear a thing). The massage itself was relaxing and I was made to feel at ease. I had been given a talk through so I was aware of all that was happening. Could not have asked for a better service :)
