The visit was really good, though it took me ages to find the venue and that did delay my plans by a long time. Once again Treatwell got the timings and venue completely wrong so whilst I had booked an afternoon appointment at my local salon, I then got called by the venue as they didn't have any availability! So I got moved to a different branch which luckily had an available slot, but it did involve me travelling which I wasn't entirely satisfied about. Can Treatwell do anything about ensuring it has the latest schedules for the venues?
