Another great massage!! This time I asked Arnie to start off by massaging my back while in child's pose. That was amazing - combining a lower back stretch with deep tissue massage. I did some stretching afterwards and felt more relaxed and a lot more flexible. He included hot stones, gua sha and eye mask massage. I don't know any other practitioner who can combine so many methods and tools. Highly recommended
