Tracy is a lovely lady. The room was warm. Communication prior to the massage was perfect. I am fed up going for a massage without first having a consultation about expectation. Tracy has long nails. No face hole in the couch. Massage was very light. I left with a sore neck from having a pillow on the couch. Room smelt lovely but I was there for a good massage not for the atmosphere. Every time a book a massage it is light and of no benefit. Fed up.
