Tracey was very lovely and easy to talk to. You can tell she loves her job, her method a little different to other Hollywood wax techniques I had experienced. The wax was over within 20 minutes but I did notice a few patches that were missed. For the areas that were waxed correctly, the finish was VERY smooth.

the nail bar is in her lounge.. the set up was a bit messy, but the manicure itself is great, so it's just how she prefers to work!
