As a Swimming Instructor, he is also use to assessing his Client’s movement in order to re-correct technique and increase performance. Having assisted clients for more than 7 years, Matt is use to working with a varied background of individuals who are all seeking different results. Using a blend of traditional and contemporary techniques, Matt’s aim is to ensure that you have a restorative and relaxing experience. With his understanding of Anatomy and Physiology, he’ll provide clear after-treatment care that promotes longevity. If you have a build-up of tension or you are experiencing discomfort, Matt will make it his mission to hone in on these areas and resolve any issues."

Teresa has over 20 years experience and is trained in deep tissue therapy, Swedish massage and pregnancy massage.

Tracy Bruce Sports Therapy at The Treatment Rooms is located on Balham High Road. Tracy is a specialist in providing deep tissue, relaxing and sports massages and an expert in sports therapy for males and females.
Sports therapy is not just a quick fix, injuries take time to heal and movement dysfunction takes time to re-train. With years of experience, Tracy is extremely professional and attentive and she aims to reduce pain, discomfort and improve mobility from the first treatment. Using a variety of techniques including massage therapy, acupuncture, electrotherapy, joint mobilisations, taping and exercise prescription, she can treat anything from an acute ankle sprain to repetitive shoulder strain and chronic back pain.
