I had lower back pain, so my choice was deep tissue massage. I had this type of massage before but Tracy is amazing and performed to the highest level for 30 min. I felt refreshed and my pain disappeared. Definitely, I need to repeat and I'm sure the next time I'll go to Tracy.

Tracy did a great job even in 20 mins, getting straight to my problem area. The massage was great and she even gave me some stretches to do to help me further.

Tracy was brilliant, really friendly and helpful and the treatment room is immediately relaxing. I had a 20 minute treatment and it was just what I needed on my stressed back! I will definitely be revisiting in the new year :)
