Tracey is really the best. I somehow came away immensely relaxed and with all my pain gone. I felt like I was walking on a cloud, walking out.

The appointment itself ran smoothly and Tracy was lovely and very informative, I just need to give it some more time. It was my first experience of acupuncture so need a few more treatments to be able to give an overall honest review of how effective it is for me personally.

Half of the time was spent being stretched and I wouldn’t describe it as deep tissue massage. The lady was nice though

brutal but amazing massage. I've had really tight muscles in my legs for a while, so requested a strong massage. after legs felt amazing with no pain
