Great value for money and overall pleased - although I think they have only recently started doing ombre nails as the final result, whilst it looked ok, still think it needs a bit of work to get the fade spot on. Appointment started about 10 minutes later than agreed but was not a problem as I was not in a rush and was brought some tea & biscuits in the meantime which was a nice gesture. Treatment was a speedy 1 hour (as opposed to the 1hr45min advertised) possibly compromising quality
