My appointment was late by over an hour. It was meant to be at 4:30 and they made me wait 1 hour 15 mins. Ridiculous. Their response was there was a queue. I have pre booked and paid and arrived on time and still other people went ahead. Ridiculous and rude service

Really great pedicure including nice massage. Friendly atmosphere. Covid-secure - all staff wearing masks and all customers asked to wear a mask and wash hands on arrival. Highly recommend and will definitely go back!
