It took them 2.5 hours to do my acrylic nails that ended up being completely uneven and dented. Also 4 different people did my nails which I didn’t appreciate as I booked in with one person. They seemed preoccupied. I’m hoping it was just one bad day they were having.

Overall service was good, but I booked in advance and had to wait around half an hour to start treatment - not ideal.

I had an amazing luxury pedicure at Tracy's Nails. The staff are very welcoming and I was offered a cup of tea and biscuits while i sat in the massaging chair. There was a large variety of colours to choose from for my polish and they didnt rush me at all. The pedicure was amazing, fantastic attention to detail, The paraffin wax left my feet baby soft. While there i also had a Ombre refill for my nails which was gorgeous. This is now my new favourite nail salon, great experience!
