The experience wasn’t good (shop only opened 7 minutes after the time of my appointment, it all took a very long time, technician kept leaving with no explanation) but the worst thing was the quality of the gel polish which has totally ruined & stained my nails. I have been getting gel polish for years but have never experienced anything like this - it took 1hr30 to get off whilst ripping my nails to shreds & days later there are still remnants & stains. It wasn’t even cheaper than normal.

A nice place to be but the time is quietly so fast,I was told I'm gonna use 45 minute but I only use 30 minute which is not make it done very well

I really enjoyed my time at Tracy nails. My nail tech was really lovely and chatty. She helped me find a design and colour I liked as I was a little indecisive. Will be back!
