The experience wasn’t good (shop only opened 7 minutes after the time of my appointment, it all took a very long time, technician kept leaving with no explanation) but the worst thing was the quality of the gel polish which has totally ruined & stained my nails. I have been getting gel polish for years but have never experienced anything like this - it took 1hr30 to get off whilst ripping my nails to shreds & days later there are still remnants & stains. It wasn’t even cheaper than normal.
