EXPENSIVE !!!! £47 my nails ended up costing me..... nice staff, nice place just too expensive I’ve never paid that much for my nails before

I booked in originally on Saturday, however the time I wanted wasn’t available On the day and then I was working so had to book it for another day. The callus peel was good. It was my first time getting a a sort of pedicure etc so wasn’t sure what to expect / didn’t know what to book. Ended up having to pay £10 extra for shellac even though my booking said shellac was included with the price. Having felt awkward I just paid and didn’t object. The staff were lovely and the treatment was good, however I would have appreciated more description on the Treatwell app to say what the treatment was & that there would be an extra charge. I was told to if I was booking again then it’s easier to book through the salon themselves instead of treatment so maybe it is Treatwell at fault here. Apart from that, I am happy with the service and I would recommend the salon.
