I usually book Katie for the Relax and Renew package, but went with Racheal this time. The massage was disappointing, feeling like just oil application despite asking for firmer pressure. However, the facial was great.

I’m a returning client and have always been happy but I feel a little disappointed on this occasion. Rachael was lovely, very friendly and professional. However my spray tan barely made a difference. I booked a dark one and felt straight away that there wasn’t much solution applied. Rachael said they’d been having problems with the spray tan gun which probably explains it. After showering the next day I didn’t look or feel much different and had to apply my own tan to top up the colour.
