As a therapist Anna is warm and welcoming she provides a calm safe space. During my sessions I speak only about my experience as it will be different for everyone, during my Reiki sessions I have responded to the energies released during the session. Effortlessly my spirit is restored sometimes challenged .. humbled and enlightened with what I recognise as a spiritual healing at the deepest level of my consciousness. Please bare in mind I speak only of my own experience.

Anna was very knowledgeable about the right treatments for me to have. I explained some of my ailments and she suggested another treatments also. I will be visiting again throughout my pregnancy.

Had a reflexology session with Anna i am 39 weeks pregnant and was highly stressed. The session was amazing i came out feeling completely relaxed and calm and have had signs of early labour.
Whatever you need Anna is great i really recommend!
