I've been to see Steph on about 6 occasions now. The salon is clean, homely and very relaxing. Steph couldn't make you feel more at home. Her treatments and attention to detail are superb. Highly recommend recommended.
Easy to find and very nicely located in Leeds city centre. The room was lovely:warm and with a lovely ambiance. Steph spent time asking me some questions before the facial. The facial itself was very relaxing and did fall asleep several times. I loved the products and even bought a facial mask to use at home, as everything smelled and felt wonderful. Highly recommended!

I knew that Tranquil Moments was based at a men's hairdressing salon, but had not realised it was up 2 steep flights of stairs, although I was surprised by the climb it did not bother me and did not detract from the overall experience for me personally.
Steph was very welcoming and immediately made sure I was warm and comfortable and also that she was aware of any problems which might affect the treatment.. This was good as it made the service feel more personalised.
Although the location is in central Leeds, once the door had been closed on the outside world the atmosphere was indeed so tranquil I experienced complete relaxation.
She explained the different steps throughout the hour long facial and I think the best part was having the mask put on, Steph had explained that it would feel cold, but I rather enjoyed having the mask applied - it felt so luxurious and there was time to just lie there and chill while the mask did its work.
At the beginning of the treatment I had been asked to say what outcomes I was expecting and they were fully met as my skin felt soft and glowing and I had the relaxing experience I was hoping for.
Steph gave me a leaflet and I was pleased to see what a wide range of treatments she provides. She came across as attentive and knowledgeable and I will be making an appointment for a different service in the future.
The salon was upstairs from a barbers shop, so felt a bit strange going in at first. However, Stephanie met me exactly at my appointment time, and put me straight at ease explaining my treatment (was only my second ever massage). The massage was great and relaxing, and hit all the problem areas on my back. Lasted the full length of time as well. Will definitely be going again.

Had a swedish massage - Steph is very welcoming and friendly, making you feel completely relaxed straight away. the treatment itself was lovely. Whilst carrying out the treatment she pin pointed out my tense areas without me having to say and asked if the pressure was ok, so massage is suited to your likeability. Steph then offered some advise about my problem areas and the best method to rectify these. she talked about sports massage (which I was going to ask about anyway) and made me reassured about getting something new the next time. I would definitely recommend! booking my sports massage in the next week or two. Thank you!
