great salon and an excellent facial, really relaxing and cleansing, left feeling a million dollars, would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a treatment in leeds city centre.

Stephanie the therapist was lovely and friendly, I would really recommend her, and the salon was cosy. Steph did an excellent job on my nails, they were neat, smooth and shiny and beautifully done. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is that the polish used was China Glaze which I am not a fan of the quality anyway, it started chipping after a couple of days (again China Glaze's fault not Steph's) and the top coat could have been applied further around the nail edge to seal the colour better as it also started chipping around the sides.
Overall recommend Steph and Tranquil Moments for the customer service and value, just a suggestion to upgrade the polish used.

Handily situated by Primark on The Headrow, the location is on the top floor of a hair salon. Those a bit dodgy on their feet should be aware of a climb up 2 flights of stairs.
Steph is warm and welcoming. The treatment was lovely and only the usual craving for more persisted!
Steph is a lovely genuine woman and I hope to see her again for a few more Tranquil Moments in the crazy world we live in. x

I visited Tranquil Moments with my mum for the first time a couple of weeks ago after reading many positive reviews. The beauty room is through a hairdressing salon and up two flights of stairs. I think there is only one therapist (Stephanie) and one treatment room so if two or more visit together for treatments there will be waiting time but we were offered a drink and magazines. Stephanie is very nice, friendly yet professional. The massage was good, she worked hard on my shoulders where I hold a lot of tension, I would be happy to return for another massage and my mum said the same.
Another trip to Tranquil Moments and another satisfied customer!
Absolutely wonderful Indian Head Massage from the therapist who is so brilliant at her job. She is also very friendly and down to earth.
Have booked 2 more treatments and can't wait to go again. Relaxing and pampering, Excellent,
