This is a hidden gem. Therapist was lovely, polite and knowledgeable. Room clean and hygenic which is always a bonus. Good value for money and nice relaxing music. Would defintately recommend and becase of it's location, I think men would feel comfortable going here too. Therapist gave full time to the treatment too.

Stephanie at Tranquil Moments Health and Beauty, Leeds spotted that I have a large knot in my one of my muscles. It explains why I have been having pain but no other therapist has spotted this before. She did a great job.

Stephanie was lovely she made me feel really relaxed, i cant wait to go for my facial. i even recommend her to my friends, i have shown everybody my feet and my manicure they all like it.

me and my friend really enjoyed our swedish back, neck and shoulder massage. we were given a warm welcome and treated very well. we will definitely be going back and going through the list of treatments. The only thing i would not recommend it for people with any mobility problems. As its up two sets of stairs. But if you can manage the stairs its well worth it!!! :-)
