Booked my wife a massage for a gift, was very easy to do online.
She loved there experience and is already planning a return.
The spa was very accommodating and the therapist polite. The room and venue is very dated, tired and grubby in parts. They stock premium brands but don’t use them in their body treatments. My massage was not great. There was no consultation and I had booked an appointment for tension in my shoulders yet I was not asked about this. I feel my treatment was all about the same movements along my back not taking into my neck as shoulders. I left the spa not feeling any different except sore skin from repeated movements. Also the carrier oil for the hot stones smells awful and greasy like cooking oil. It was not the relaxing experience I wanted which is a shame.
