The treatments were fine- although I don’t like a machine being used to buff my nails; I’d rather it be done manually with a buffer. 3 coats of shellac on, nice colour. Not had shellac before so let’s hope it lasts as long as OPI. Hot stones massage was good, pressure and heat checks were done but occasionally my shoulder blades were pressed on which hurt a bit! It was nice though. All in all, I don’t think I’d go back, not because of the staff or the treatments but because I think the place needs a lot of refurbing. It’s all quite dated and not logistically great; I had to have my nails done on the massage bed, for example. Really, I’d like it done at a proper nail table and then go to a private room for a massage. Maybe I’m being picky. The walls need painting, the floor is quite gross and the cupboards in the rooms are like old kitchen cupboards. It would be lovely if it could have some sumptuous soft furnishings and if it was more spa like. A treatment is a real treat for me as I don’t get a lot of free time so it would be nice to feel it was luxurious.
