No staff greeted us had to wait ten min
It was dreary in the reception area not very welcoming to entice the customers
The products was not in stock very low so says the staff furniture was shabby could do with a paint overall !!!

The staff are very pleasant and well trained. The manager was extremely helpful and efficient when I had a problem with Wahanda's website. The salon is light and airy and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming
I've been before when it was one of the Dove Spa group and had a voucher last year for Mothers Day which I finally used at the end of March this year. The Spa is as good if not better. I had a fantastic relaxing massage and facial which was the drift away package and that was exactly what I did. The staff are amazing, the massage fantastic and has cured me of an aching shoulder and hand. As soon as I arrived I felt relaxed. Can't wait to come back.
Massages are heavenly. Staff are lovely. Overall a fabulous experience. Have been several times and recommended to my friends. Will continue to go back. Definitely on my top list
