super, very quick and efficient, virtually painless. It took no time at all. would be useful if paper knickers were provided and privacy was provided when taking clothes off?putting them on and wiping with the cream afterwards but other than that a very quick speedy service. freindly staff.

Universal Contour Wrap
I found this salon to be very friendly and Shenaz is the very best for therapeutic massage. I had a full body massage and it was so relaxing and worked brilliantly. I felt fantastic when I left the salon and even better the following morning. My trouble areas are in my neck and shoulders and I can honestly say all the tension just disappeared. I would definitely tell my friends and family about Shenaz Gain and the salon. I was a great experience and I will definitely return. Thank you Shenaz.
Therapeutic Massage
When I entered the salon it was silent and I wasn't greeted I felt awkward and unwelcome. There was plastic on the waiting room chairs which made me feel like they thought I was dirty and added to unwelcome feeling. One member of staff was fussing about with shuffling and reorganising table display paper work which made me feel in the way. There was no music playing in salon or as treatment was carried out. I felt awkward someone was on the phone and another member of staff was having a chat and seemed irritated that I was there. Decor was peeling and not fresh in treatment room. HOWEVER... During treatment the therapist was lovely and then when it came for me to leave I was greeted and the receptionist was lovely helpful and friendly. Treatment was pleasant. I would go there again but would not pay full price for the treatments if I can get them discounted here as I feel more relaxed at spa venues for same price
