Such a shame! Had a massage due to back problems! Therapist. ( Not going to mention the therapist name, I feel this would be unfair) offered no soothing music whilst the massage was on going despite there being a music player in there! She also asked if she could use a little oil to massage my scalp. Let’s just say you could have fried egg and chips in my hair after! I was horrified!! 2nd time I’ve been here, different therapist this time from my 1st visit but Sadly I will not be back
