I did not have my appointment because although the time was available the venue cancelled my booking. I emailed them to ask when I could book for instead as they had not provided an alternate time and I am yet to hear back from them. A demonstration of poor customer service. I won't be using this salon in the future.

Lovely welcome, arrived 5 mins early and seen straight away. I was made to feel welcome and comfortable and felt comfortable all the way through the treatment thanks to the chatty therapist. Nice clean room and nice atmosphere, and great value - definitely going back.
