Oops... my previous review was for a different salon. I never got to experience this particular spa due to some issues with my online booking. In fact it's almost like I didn't book at all... no one informed me that there was a problem with my booking and no one has bothered following up since... if I hadn't phoned I wouldn't have known that there was in fact no appointment.
Eyebrow and Eyelash Treatments
Lauren was amazing! I am very pleased with my pedicure and my eyebrows. Also enjoyed my massage very much. Would definitely go again.
Pedicure
Nice friendly and efficient staff. Quick and good as well. Would definitely return for further treatments and recommend to others too
Brazilian Waxing
I can not comment on the staff or the treatments as I never got to go... some mix up with their booking system. They didn't seem to have any record of my booking made online. Thankfully I phoned before I had to go.
Eyebrow and Eyelash Treatments
I did not have my appointment because although the time was available the venue cancelled my booking. I emailed them to ask when I could book for instead as they had not provided an alternate time and I am yet to hear back from them. A demonstration of poor customer service. I won't be using this salon in the future.
