Caci facials are excellent and Emma always makes a visit to Kingswood an absolute pleasure.
Unfortunately I never got a massage as the beauty therapist didn't turn up and they couldn't get in contact with her. The lady at the salon was very apologetic and can not fault her in anyway. She said someone would be in touch to rearrange, I am still waiting to be contacted to either re arrange or refund me.
